I had Steve do a pre-purchase inspection. I had a quote given to me within the hour, which I then went to order and paid for it. The inspection happened the very next day and I had the report the day after that. So within 48hours I had the inspection report and was very impressed. The report was thorough. Dedant found a couple of minor defects with the property which allowed us to be in a strong position to renegotiation price.

We had a great experience with dedant. The receptionist was extremely helpful, informative and friendly as I had never booked a pest inspection before. It was great that we could get the building and pest along with asbestos check all at the same time. Our inspector was also very informative and friendly and I feel he did a through inspection. Dedant completed a building and pest inspection for me in April 2026 and they were incredible. Super easy to deal with, showed up on time and took the time to show us the issues he found including finding a major defect which we didn’t see during our house inspections.
