Brooke was extremely helpful and great to talk to. Very thorough inspection by Sam who also answered questions when I called him.

The whole experience with Dedant has basically been everything we needed. They were prompt with the tasks, responses and with information, the costs were reasonable. Most importantly, the report of our building inspection was provided in 3 hours which got us to do some tradesmen stuff right away! There wasn't even a request for a quick report - just shows that they would want to always do best for customers. Highly recommended.

The booking process was really easy and seamless. The report had a super quick turnaround. They were very knowledgeable. Overall, very happy with their service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t recommend Dedant Pest & Building highly enough. From the very beginning, the whole process was professional, thorough and easy to deal with. Buying a home is stressful enough, but having someone you can trust to carry out a detailed pest and building inspection gave me a lot of peace of mind. The report was extremely thorough, clearly explained and gave me a really good understanding of the property and anything I needed to be aware of before going ahead with the purchase. The communication was excellent, and I genuinely felt like they cared about getting the job done properly rather than just ticking a box. Thanks to the team at Dedant Pest & Building for making one part of buying my new townhouse so much easier. I’ll definitely be recommending you to family and friends! 🏡🔨🐜 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently used Dedant pest and building inspection service and was very impressed with the overall experience. The inspection was thorough, professional, and detailed, and they took the time to explain their findings clearly. The report was comprehensive and easy to understand, which gave me much better confidence in making my property purchase decision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional pest and building inspection service.

I've used Dedant twice and both times they provided a comprehensive building and pest report that was easy for me to understand. Price was competitive and turnaround from the time I provided my details online to the actual inspection the first time was less than 24hrs, and the second time I used them I provided my details on Friday afternoon and the inspection was two work days later. Dedant corresponded directly with the real estate agent to organise so I didn't have to do anything in regards to communicate between parties. If memory serves me correctly I received the report about 2.5hs or so after the actual insection. Overall I'm happy with the service provided.

Thanks for the work~
